I get this question a lot from friends and family who for some reason or another are not allowed a BBQ,of course the answer is yes . Low and Slow will rarely let you down.
For this batch of ribs I used the 3-2-1 method, set my oven to 250*f prepped the ribs on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Rule 1 for prepping, that’s right, always start by removing the silver skin on the backside. Next I brushed them with garlic butter and Italian seasoning. now we place the ribs in the and wait 3 hours for the next step .Now I applied a generous amount of lemon juice and wrapped everything with tin foil,nice and tight and back in the oven for 2 hours after which I removed the foil and started saucing. every 20 minutes for the last hour I applied a good thick layer of BBQ sauce until it set up nice and sticky .all that’s left to do now is Slice ,serve and enjoy! good luck and good eating.
